Selling or trading in your watch with Watch House has never been easier. After you send us an initial inquiry with the brand and model of your watch, we will send you a proposal within 24 hours. We will collect your watch free of charge and at your convenience through our complimentary home collection service. After inspection at our brand-approved service centre, we will present a final offer. If you accept, we will transfer the amount to your account via direct debit within 5 days in the case of a sale, or process your order and send you the new watch in the case of a trade-in.
Although it is not mandatory to have the box and papers to sell us your watch, their absence may affect the value. You will need to prove the purchase if you do not have the box and papers.
After accepting our final proposal, you will receive the corresponding amount in your account within five business days.
