WATCH HOUSE WARRANTY
To preserve the value of your timepiece, all pre-owned watches we sell include a 24-month warranty, in addition to any manufacturer's warranty still in effect. This means that if your watch develops a fault through no fault of your own, we will repair it free of charge during the warranty period. Please note that our warranty does not apply to new watches.
HOW DOES THE WATCH HOUSE WARRANTY WORK?
- If your watch is still covered by the manufacturer's warranty, you can send it to us for repair by our authorized Service Centre, or by an authorized dealer.
- If your watch is covered by the Watch House Warranty, but no longer by the manufacturer's warranty, our authorized Service Centre will carry out the repair, in collaboration with the manufacturer if necessary.
- If your watch is no longer covered by any warranty, you can send it to us for a quote. Any service carried out by our authorized Service Centre will be covered by a 24-month Watch House Warranty.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Please note that our warranty only covers mechanical and manufacturing defects. Our warranty is subject to the same terms and conditions as the manufacturer's warranty. The manufacturer's standard warranty does not cover theft or loss of the watch. Also excluded are normal wear and tear of the watch (namely the strap) and any deterioration caused by accident, mishandling or improper maintenance, as well as damage caused by immersion in water not in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
Any modification of the watch through the addition or replacement of components with products not supplied by the manufacturer will also invalidate the warranty. The use of replacement parts can seriously compromise the technical performance, reliability and water resistance of the watch.
Warranty returns should be sent to our authorised Service Centre, or you can also deliver your watch in person for forwarding to the Centre. Please note that shipments must be insured at your own risk and expense.
The warranty is in addition to your legal and statutory rights.
If your watch has a problem
If your watch develops a fault, you can return it for analysis. If the repair is covered by the warranty, it will be carried out free of charge. To claim the warranty, please fill in the questionnaire below with as much detail as possible about the watch's fault. A member of our team will contact you to arrange the repair.
